Freshman in Physical Science with Mrs. Potter are studying Newton’s Laws of Motion. They are currently building their own windmills. In a windmill, the blades remain at rest until the wind applies enough force to overcome inertia and set them spinning. What a great hands-on way to see science in motion! #TigerPride #PhysicalScienceInAction

Yesterday, our FBLA (Future Business Leadeders of America) members and Ms. Branstetter attended the District 13 Fall Planning Meeting at Incredible Pizza! Students from 23 schools gathered with their advisors to prepare for upcoming District and State competitions. While advisors collaborated, students connected with other chapters over lunch, games, laser tag, trampolines, and even a few go-kart races -- while we had the facility all to ourselves for the day! It was a fun and productive day for FBLA! District Competition (DLC) will be held in Bolivar on Tuesday, Februrary 3, 2026. We have been asked to bring 3 adults to serve as judges for the Public Speaking event that will be held that day. If you might be willing to help out, please email Ms. B at sbranstetter@wgtigers.com and she will get you more information. Thank you for your continued support of our school district and especially of our FBLA chapter.
