 Walnut Grove School District is accepting bids for removal and replacement of metal on the bus barn.  We invite you to bid on your scope of work. For further details or to schedule an on-sight walk through, contact Jerrit Hawk at 417-299-3284 or jhawk@wgtigers.com.  

Bid submissions must be received by Friday August 16th at 12:00 PM.  Bid proposals can be dropped off at Walnut Grove school district superintendent’s office at 300 East College Street, Walnut Grove, MO 65770.  All bids must be submitted- Attention: Jerrit Hawk  

A public opening of bids is scheduled for Friday, August 16, 2024 at 4:00 pm in the school Library, 300 E. College Street, Walnut Grove, MO 65570.

 Proposals shall include all labor, material, applicable taxes, insurance, equipment, etc., for a complete job. Once bids are received, they will be reviewed for completeness, the most qualified bidder will be notified after owner approval of the project. All bids will be taken under advisement.   

 Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Missouri and other applicable Missouri statutes.  Walnut Grove R-V School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid, or to divide the award.
