In Miss K’s Health class students have been learning about daily stressors and major life event stressors. A couple of seniors from the senior health class got the opportunity to teach the freshman health class about their own daily and major life stressors. They also got to teach Miss K’s lesson plan to get the freshman prepared for an upcoming quiz.

Our friends from Dickerson Park Zoo paid our PreK class a visit yesterday. They got to see and touch a Madagascar Hissing Beetle, and they got to see a Corn Snake named Kellog up close!

The Junior Class is doing a fundraiser to help raise money for prom. Attached you will see the flyer for some new Tiger gear, including sweatpants!! If you would like to order, feel free to just email me your order. Amber can assign the fee to you through Lumen, or you can do cash or check. Orders are due October 16th.

As of now: Rolling start, so races may start sooner depending on how quickly the races finish. Be prepared to be at the race 20-30 minutes before the scheduled start time. | Schedule: 3:00PM: Coaches Meeting | 3:20PM Middle School Girls | 3:40PM Middle School Boys | 4:00PM Varsity Girls Race | 4:40PM Varsity Boys Race
Medals | The top 15 in each of the Middle School and top 15 in both of the High School races will
receive a medal. | The first place team in each race will receive a team plaque. | The JV
race will have 10 medals for each gender.
