Mr. Wolff 5th graders and Mrs. Reyling's 4th grades are doing a little creative writing about a ball that is stuck in a tree. The sketches they created are very impressive as well.

Josh Fuller from Show-Me Power spoke with 7th and 8th graders in Mr. Martin's classes about electricity. The students learned about coops, how electricity is made, various jobs with the coops, and other topics with electricity. A interesting fact to think about. Most of us value AI as a tool. Have you ever thought about the electricity it takes for AI to exist? We discussed that today in class.

During PD days teachers learn lots of things and have time to work on our District Continuous Improvement Plan, work with data, complete surveys, learn about motivation, meet in teacher groups, sometimes attend committee meetings, and collaborate with others, but we always take a break in the afternoon for the Battle of the Buildings. This week, the battle was playing the Cup Attack game. It was a close game, but the HS team emerged victorious in the end.
