Breakfast and Lunch Menu for the week

Congratulations to the Middle School XC Team! They all achieved a personal best at the Lebanon Meet!!

SAVE THE DATE: Senior Night for Cross Country & Softball will be on October 7th! Make plans to attend.

Good deeds don’t go unnoticed! These students earned a Positive Principal Referral and were called to the office for all the right reasons. Keep up the great work, Tigers! CONGRATS to Chavelle Molina, Jackson Creed, Gabe Culver, Brayden Romesburg, and Brayden Keeland!

Cross Country | Away | Sept 13 | Go Team!

Advertising projects came to life in Mrs. Hillis’ classroom this week! We love seeing our Tigers grow their skills and shine through hands-on learning.

Cross country is all about endurance, heart, and teamwork—and our Walnut Grove runners displayed it all last weekend! Way to represent WG with pride. #GoTigers

Mrs. Woody reading to the 2nd grade class = the perfect example of how it takes a village to support our students every step of the way.

Seniors and Parent/Guardians: FAFSA Night will be held on October 8, 2025 in the cafeteria at 6 p.m.. There will be pulled pork sandwiches and chips served for dinner. Reach out to Ms. Mueller if you have any questions.

Ms. Spurling's 5th Grade class was working on “Help Wanted Ads”. We have been learning about Lewis and Clark. Students are discussing what skills are needed to go on an expedition like this. They will create ads looking for help to go with them.

Day 2 on the pottery wheel! Our second ceramics class got their turn at shaping clay into their very first creations — and just like the first group, they impressed us with their focus, patience, and creativity. Every spin of the wheel brings more confidence and more amazing art in the making!

Softball Tournament| Here | Sept 12-13 | Come on out and support our team!

In Chemistry, students are exploring chemical vs. physical changes by comparing what they see in the lab with particulate models. Meanwhile, our Biomedical Science class is stepping into the role of investigators—conducting a presumptive blood test to determine if the mysterious red substances at a “crime scene” are actually blood. A big shout-out to Mrs. Potter for bringing hands-on, real-world science to life for our students every day!
