Our Spanish I students had the exciting opportunity to visit a local Mexican restaurant, José Loco's and the Mexican Market, where they practiced their language skills with native speakers. From ordering delicious meals entirely in Spanish to exploring the market and engaging in real conversations, it was an immersive and rewarding experience. ¡Qué buena manera de aprender! (Translation: What a great way to learn!)
On Thursday evening, the Band and Choirs came together to present a beautiful spring concert. The evening concluded with an awards assembly recognizing student achievements. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Swope for her direction, Mrs. B for accompanying, and Ms. Hayter for capturing the night with some fantastic photos!
