This week some of the elementary classes read Duck for President. After the read the book they were able to cast their own votes! Duck won with 68 votes to Farmer who had 18 votes.
Today, students showed their patriotism by dressing in red, white, and blue in preparation for our Veterans Day assembly at 12:30 p.m. in the gym. We look forward to honoring our veterans and their service!
It is just getting started so come on out to the carnival.
Congratulations to Aubrey Hailey, All District!! She qualified for the State Championships at Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, MO on November 8, 2024!! We all wish you the best and are so proud of you!

We are preparing for our annual Boys’ and Girls’ Basketball Holiday Classic for the 2024-25 season. We will now be hosting a full 16 girls’ and 16 boys’ Teams over the Holiday Break. With the added teams, we will now be going to a full size 8 ½ x 11” book to be able to fit all the ads and teams, as well as the commemorative records. Without the help of sponsors, it would be impossible to hold such a major event.
And we have a late comer to the mix, FBLA has a portable fire pit with all things smores to go along with it to offer as their basket for the Carnival.
One last chance to take a look and make plans to attend the School Carnival tonight at Walnut Grove! We can't wait to see you there!
The day has arrived, hope you can attend the Elementary Carnival, today, November 7th! There will be food trucks from 4:30-7 p.m; Games from 5:30 - 7 p.m. and the best class and club baskets that will be available for the RAFFLE. You won't want to miss out!
The Veterans Day Assembly will be on Friday, Nov 8th at 12:30 p.m. We would love to see you come out and join us as we honor those who have served and who are serving in the military! Veterans please come early and eat lunch in the AG building at 11 a.m.
BOOK FAIR is open now! Elementary students will be given the opportunity to shop the Book Fair on Thursday, November 7th during school. The Book Fair will also be open during the Elementary Carnival. Every purchase benefits our school!
